Production background: Why Did You Leave? was created through a filmmaking programme delivered with the ITAV Film Festival, an organisation that gives emerging filmmakers the opportunity to develop and produce their work with a real budget, professional support and practical experience on set. As Course Designer and Facilitator, I helped structure the development process and supported the filmmakers as they prepared to bring the story to screen. I also produced the short, helping the team move from the initial idea through pre-production and into a working film set.
